Flummery

Oatmeal, water, white sugar, orange-flower water

Take three large handfuls of oatmeal and steep overnight in cold water ; drain through a sieve. Add water, one large spoonful of white sugar, two spoonfulls of orange-flower water and boil until thick; stirring well. Eat with wine, cider, milk, or sugar. The Olde Cookery Book
